Assalamualaikum..
Im so so tired at the moment. It was a full day. Started with the morning round, then went to Vascular radiology conference (fallen asleep), then continue ward round until 12 noon! perghh.. can develop varicose vein la if everyday pn like this!.. then have an afternoon rest, solat. Lucky that i was fasting so no need to waste the time for lunch. At 2 something, waiting for HO to do wound dressing. Wait n wait, he said he wanted to do it at 3 something. So we went to ERCP room. Patient didnt arrived yet. While waiting for the patient, we looked for the Stoma Nurse. At last met her at Klinik Urology. Had an interactv session regarding stoma care. Then back to ERCP. The ERCP was in progress. Finished ERCP, had a Q&A session with Dr Hafizul regarding ERCP. Then back to the ward. The HO was nowhere, still not started the wound dressing. Too tired to wait, saw a registrar in my team doing PM round. Approach to follow her but then she asked us to go n see newly admitted patient, lodgered at Ophtal ward. So we went to see him. It was an appendiceal abscess, could feel clearly the swelling at the right iliac fossa and right lumbar region. Satisfied! Then go back to ward round. At 4pm, dismissed wardround for a teaching session with Mr Chris. Thank God he is super3 nice!!!!!!! teaching until 5.45 then continue evening round. Went to radiology dept, then to A&E. At A&E, our registrar got a call from ward, saying a patient was collapsed! We rushed to ward Surgery 2....... ..then.....
aahh.. too tired la to tell everything at the moment. Now im preparing for tomorrow round, post call round. I'll continue my story later2, k...

p/s: I wish i could scream at him, "pls la Dr (thank God i dono his name), we, final yr student, all have the BLS certificate, expiring next year. SO..IT IS NOT A BIG MISTAKE FOR US TO DO CPR OK!!! why i say so?? wait for the next episode.... :P
